Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE A HOME APPLIANCE?

A. With a broken appliance in your house you have two possible choices. You can schedule appliance repair to attempt to save money and keep on using your current refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the old appliance with a new model.

Appliances come with an expected lifetime. If your broken appliance is in the beginning or middle time frame of that lifetime, we would suggest calling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is coming close to the final part of its expected lifetime, we then recommend to replace it with a new model if you have a budget for it.

These are the expected lifetimes of every type of household appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. We offer a warranty on all replacement parts and labor. We use manufacturer appliance parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, Kitchen Aid, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and many other common appliance brands so we preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime following our service if issues continue with your appliance.

Q. DO YOU FIX THE APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. We can. We fill our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the important tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we do have to come back at a later date to finish a repair, there will not be an additional service fee. We estimate that we are able to finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments after the first visit.

Q. WHAT IS THE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour time frame for the repairman to arrive at your home. We are aware of how important your time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive within the early portion of our scheduled service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment goes longer than we expected, this time frame allows the technician some time to be able to arrive on schedule during the service window. Our technicians call 10-15 minutes before their arrival for notice.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE LIST OF ALL OF THE BRANDS YOU REPAIR?
